The Leader of Thermal Spray Coating
Mixture of polymer and boron carbide powders is fed into the torch flame of thermo sprayer. The flame is produced by burning a mixture of propane and air. The high-temperature jet heats the powder particles and transports them to the surface to be protected. The coating may contain up to 45% vol. of boron carbide. Such a composite coating can be applied to products made of metal, concrete and ceramic. It is known that boron and boron carbide are the good absorbers for thermal neutron.
Improvement of neutron shielding efficiency with coating times, I/I0 ~0.25
Concrete, reinforced concrete, wood and metal including pipe steel can be corroded from chemical and microbiological attack. Coatings from a composition of " BIOKOM " using a polymer spray gun possess simultaneously antifungal and antibacterial properties. Coating of the composition ¡°BIOKOM¡± can be used for concrete, wood, metal, petrochemical industry, pipeline, sewerage system, purification of sewage and shipbuilding. ¡°BIOCOM¡± coating makes us safe from corrosion caused by fungi and bacteria

Bifunctional composition ¡°ANTIBI¡± is intended for the effective protection of metal, concrete and ferroconcrete from the chemical and microbiological corrosion, in particular sulphur hydrogen attack with simultaneous prevention of accumulation a static electricity charge at the surface. Coatings from composition ¡°ANTIBI¡± possess antifungal and antibacterial properties under the attitude to many kinds of bacteria, including the most dangerous anaerobic sulfur-reducing bacteria and oxybiotic bacteria which invoke pitting, ulcerous corrosion of pipelines and metal designs.
