Hypersonic Metallization (H.M)

H.M is the most efficient spray method compared to the previously known method. The coating for the purpose of wear resistance, anti-corrosion, heat resistance of the product can be carried out by H.M. The velocity of jet is 1200 - 1500m/sec and the particle impact velocity is speeded up to 500m/sec. Hypersonic metallization (HM) combines the advantages of arc spraying and high velocity oxygen fuel spraying.
